
Rudayna Bahubeshi
Board MemberRudayna has ten years of experience in nonprofits, charities and governments. She is passionate about work and learning that moves us towards decolonizing and dismantling white supremacy and other oppressive structures. Her work in recent years has included leading programs and communications in philanthropic foundations; writing policy for government and nonprofits; and working on municipal and federal political campaigns. She has been published in places including TVO, CBC, Policy Magazine, and The Philanthropist. She recently finished a Master of Public Policy, where her research focused on addressing anti-Black racism in the rental market. She works at Ontario Health where her work focuses on advancing health equity and she is a board member at Black Artists’ Network in Dialogue (band).
