Michelle MacDonald is an experienced finance leader who grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She moved to Toronto in 2016 to pursue her CPA designation and absolutely fell in love with the city! She is a member of the Wagmatcook First Nations Community in Nova Scotia and tries to get back to visit family whenever she has the chance. She was raised by a single mother, and the mission and vision of FoodShare resonates with her deeply as food insecurity is something all too familiar and personal from experiences growing up on the East Coast.
